A male traveler on a train traveling northbound in New York City on Sunday has been blamed by Police for performing a sex act on himself while staring at a 29 year old lady.
Police release this picture of the man and blamed him for putting his hand down his trousers and invigorating his penis while staring at the lady not minding if people were looking at himt him or not.
''The man who was captured had an unmistakable tattoo on his brow perusing: "Group USA." NewYork City Police said. ''Anybody with data is educated to call the US form concerning Crimestopper.
