I had this issue some time ago. But here is the best solution i figured out myself, i believe it will help you too.
SOLUTION
Open command prompt first and type “regedit” without inverted commas. A dialog box will appear, on the left-corner pane, locate and click on “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE” then click on “Software”. Find “bluestacks” and delete it. Then Install bluestacks. It’ll definitely work!
