DSS captures presumed Yahoo young men who were utilizing Aisha Buhari, Osinbajo names to dupe Nigerians

The Department of State Service (DSS), Edo state direction, have captured two presumed web fraudsters for utilizing the names of Vice occupant Yemi Osinbajo and spouse of the President, Aisha Buhari to swindle clueless individuals from the general population.

The Deputy Director (Security Enforcement) of DSS, Galadima Byange, who marched the suspects before news in Edo state today August seventh, gave the names of the suspects as Amos Ehis, Asuelimen, a 30-year-old Business Administration understudy of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, and 18-year-old Kelvin Godwin Ogashi.

Byange said Asuelimen made an imaginary Facebook account for the sake of the Vice President to trick clueless unfortunate casualties. Whenever questioned, Asuelimen conceded duping at the very least five people, said he guided them "to send cash and revive cards to process their enlistment and consequent qualification for an advance of N100, 000 each."



"I am not Osinbajo. I am understudy of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, from the division of Business Administration. I am a last year understudy. On his part, Ogashi, who professed to be a style originator, was captured for purportedly imitating Mrs. Buhari on Instagram. As indicated by him, he openned an Instagram account in May, 2019, with a message that the First Lady was enabling Nigerian adolescents with money to fire up their organizations and that intrigued people were required to enlist with cash.

"This is my first time of doing it. I was a style creator, yet there was no cash for me to fire up my own shop that is the reason I occupied with this," Ogashi said.

The DSS says the two men will have their day in court soon.
