Denzel Washington safe after firefighters respond to smoke call at his L.A. home

The Los Angeles Fire Department was called to the Oscar victor's home in the Beverly Crest neighborhood on Wednesday night after a report of smoke, which was seen coming from the second floor of the chateau. Fortunately, the wellspring of the smoke was resolved, no fire broke out and there were no wounds. 

"There is no fire and everybody is OK and safe," Washington's marketing specialist reveals to Yahoo Entertainment. 

As indicated by the LAFD, firemen looked through the dividers of the 28,887-square-foot, four story manor with warm imaging cameras to decide the wellspring of smoke. No disguised flares were found. The wellspring of that smoke was resolved to be one of a few heaters in the home that was as of late adjusted. The heater was "taken securely disconnected." 

The last report from firemen affirmed, "There were no wounds, and the sum total of what inhabitants have been permitted to return inside the living arrangement" at about 10:30 p.m. Be that as it may, it's not quickly known whether Washington was at the home at that point. 

Washington and his better half, Pauletta, are guardians to four grown-up youngsters. Be that as it may, their entertainer child, John David Washington, had moved back home during the pandemic, he has stated, into his old room.
