Previous Governor of Oyo state, Senator Rashidi Ladoja has countered previous President Olusegun Obasanjo's case on what prompted his indictment.
Review that while talking at the dispatch of a life account of previous Governor Adebayo Alao-Akala in Ibadan on Thursday November 6, Obasanjo said that Ladoja's refusal to tune in to his supplications prompted his prosecution.
Anyway the previous Governor countered Obasanjo's case in an assertion delivered by his representative Alhaji Lanre Latinwo on Friday November 6. He advised Obasanjo not to change history as no measure of harm control measure can wash him clean of his supposed association in his 2005 prosecution.
The assertion read;
"The previous president has overlooked that the country's summit court had decided that there was no indictment. Leave Chief Obasanjo alone told, point clear, that no measure of harm control would support him.
"Ladoja, thusly, has no second thoughts. He came to serve and he did precisely that as well as could be expected, the aftereffect of which is the adoration his kin have for him till date."
Ladoja was impugned as Oyo State lead representative in 2005, leaving his agent, Alao-Akala as Governor of the South-West state until he was reestablished by the Supreme Court following 11 months.
