Princess Odume, the corps part who was secured subsequent to killing a man in Akwa Ibom on Sunday January 10 has clarified why she did it.
After being questioned by the police subsequent to being captured, the corps part who was seized while attempting to bounce over a fence in the wake of murdering the youngster recognized as Japhet Akwaowo, supposedly said she did it in self-preservation.
The police representative in the state, Odiko Ogbeche-Macdon said Odume guaranteed Akwaowo took steps to execute her upon her refusal to oblige his solicitation to take off her garments so he could have intercourse with her.
Macdon said;
"She really murdered the youngster recognized as Akwaowo Japhet. She said she went to purchase bean cake, akara, and saw a man that allured to her to approach him. She said she went to meet him, they got talking and she wound up in his home.
"She said she sat tight for him outside and he went inside to bring a blade. He said he planned to cut her and nobody would realize what occurred. She likewise said Japhet requested that she take off her garments and she cannot. What fundamentally happened was that she overwhelmed him."
