A staff of the University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom state, recognized as Effiong Joseph has been shocked.
It was assembled that the episode occurred on Thursday evening, January 28, while the expired and his associate, one Michael Udosen, were attempting to reconnect a heavily clad link that had before been vandalized close to the language research center of the foundation's town grounds.
Effiong kicked the bucket on the spot while Udosen is as yet oblivious subsequent to being raced to the University Teaching clinic for treatment.
