Don not take the law into your hands - Akeredolu and Fayemi warn as Yoruba-Hausa tension heightens in Oyo and Ogun states

Ondo State Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu and Ekiti State Governor, Kayode Fayemi have asked Nigerians not to bring laws into their hands following increased strains between the Hausas and Yorubas in some South Western States. 



Strains reached boiling point on Saturday, Feb 13, in Ogun state, when criminals suspected to be herders purportedly dispatched an assault on Orile-Igbooro in Yewa North nearby government zone, killing no less than four people. 


Houses were burned to the ground while a few people supported shifting levels of injury in the said assault.
