Add Header background color when minimize the app

 HeaderColor is a cordova plugin to change color of header in multitask view. Android devices.

Installation first: Run this command

cordova plugin add cordova-plugin-headercolor

The add the below in your config.xml

<preference name="HeaderColor" value="#f82f04"/>
