A man assaulted and suffocated his five-year-old stepdaughter in a bath after her mum asked him for a separation.
Aleksandr Pilipenko, 44, was condemned to life detainment on April 19, 2021, subsequent to being seen as liable of the fierce homicide of 5-year-old Daria Pilipenko at their home in Crimea.
Subsequent to assaulting and executing the young lady in November 2019, he dressed her body and covered it on the edges of the town of Kropotkine prior to detailing her missing, nearby reports said.
After two days, he admitted to the killing and drove the cops to her body.
He was quickly accused of assault and murder of a minor.
He was imprisoned for life at the Crimean Supreme Court on Monday, April 19, as the mother stays in an emotional wellness office, The Sun reports.
"The stepfather battered the young lady during her shower time prior to submitting demonstrations of sexual nature against her," police official Olga Postnova said.
"From that point onward, he suffocated her in the bath."
Investigators said he executed Daria after her 23-year-old mum, Yekaterina Pilipenko, asked him for a separation.
Yekaterina's family members said the youthful mum had chosen to stop the relationship because of homegrown maltreatment.
After Daria was slaughtered, Yekaterina looked for clinical assistance.
The shattered mum was hospitalized in an emotional well-being office after her girl's burial service. She is as yet being treated at the office.
"She 'takes Daria to class' and 'converses with' her. She doesn't accept that her little girl is not, at this point alive," her family members said.
"From the outset, she understood that the young lady was covered, yet then something turned out badly. Specialists give positive expectations."
