EndSARS: Court strikes out suit against Sam Adeyemi, Davido, Falz, BurnaBoy, Aisha Yesufu and others

Samuel Ihensekhien, counsel for Adeyanju and 49 other #EndSARS dissenters while responding to the judgment, said the decision shows that quiet dissent is legitimate and not a wrongdoing in Nigeria. 


"By righteousness of the present decision, his movement of excusal of this considerable case has been excused by the respectable FCT high court," he said. 


The outcome of it is that the court will hear the meaningful application to officially excuse the forthcoming criminal objection and charge under the steady gaze of the justice's court."he said 


The court deferred the case till September 7.
