The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has denied being liable for the killings in the south-east.
A reviews was stated that on Friday, the central government said IPOB assaulted 164 police offices and killed 175 security agents in the locale.
Abubakar Malami, head legal officer of the organization, who tended to columnists in Abuja, said Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, IPOB pioneer, seized the 2020 EndSARS fights and "effectively instructed and coordinated assaults on security faculty and offices".
Yet, responding in an assertion, IPOB blamed the President Muhammadu Buhari's administration for media preliminary.

"IPOB couldn't have been the ones behind the dissent which was an unconstrained response of disappointed young people against the maladministration in the country.
"Malami should quit burning through his time and simply fix a date for the Biafra mandate where our kin can choose which country they need to remain. Inability to do as such is to their risk.
"All obliteration in our region was politically inspired and completed by security specialists selected and nicknamed obscure shooters. We realize the alleged obscure shooters are DSS faculty, armed force and police staff set up to ensnare IPOB and ESN."
