Prominent Somali journalist Abdiaziz Mohamud Guled killed in suicide bomb attack

 An unmistakable Somali writer, Abdiaziz Mohamud Guled, has been killed by an Al-Shabaab self destruction plane in the capital, Mogadishu. 



Guled, a Radio Mogadishu chief, usually known as Abdiaziz Afrika, was killed in the impact which happened as he was leaving an eatery on Saturday, November 21.

Somali Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble, who gave his sympathies to Guled's family. 


"Abdiaziz was a dedicated columnist and public saint who worked for his country, his kin and his religion with fortitude and constancy," he said. 


Al-Shabaab guaranteed liability regarding the assault and had designated the writer for 'carrying out violations against Islam' 


The mujahideen had been hunting Abdiaziz for quite a while. He perpetrated violations against Islam, he was engaged with the killing of mujahideens, Abdiasis Abu Musab, al-Shabab military activity representative, told Reuters.
