Sources near the NDLEA told Sunday Wakabiang at the end of the week that the Abba Kyari group had been connected to the supposed capture of an enormous transfer of Tramadol in a stockroom at Amuwo-Odofin area of Lagos.

The transfer, as indicated by the sources, was worth N3billion and it was brought into Nigeria by a person who professed to be a drug specialist.

IRT it was learnt, supposedly heard about the transfer and raged the distribution center where the illicit medication was loaded, prompting the seizure.

Numerous sources at the NDLEA said the organization commonly ought to have been recounted the supposed seizure which was said to have occurred last year, saying the Abba Kyari group didn't illuminate the office regarding the turn of events.

"This means the IRT might have offered the transfer of Tramadol to a cartel in the wake of raging the Amuwo Odofin distribution center and holding onto the Tramadol", one of the sources said.

"We have sent off a test into the case with the end goal of getting to the base of the matter".
