Coronavirus: Nigerian lawyers sue China for $200 Billion

A gathering of Nigerian legal counselors have documented a class activity suit against China, following the unfavorable impact of the Coronavirus pandemic on Nigerians.

The legal counselors who are requesting $200 billion as harms for the "loss of lives, financial strangulation, injury, hardship, social bewilderment, mental torment and disturbance of typical every day presence of individuals in Nigeria", said they have finished up pleadings for the class activity against the Chinese government.

The lead counsel, Prof. Revelation Azinge (SAN) who is a previous Director-General of the Nigeria Institute of Legal Studies (NIALS) and a present individual from the Commonwealth Arbitral Tribunal London, speaking to Nigeria and Africa, uncovered they've arranged a two stage line of activity.

Azinge said;

"The group of legitimate specialists arranged a two stage line of activity : first is with the bureaucratic high court of Nigeria and besides to convince the administration of Federal Republic of Nigeria to found a state activity against the Peoples Republic of China at the International Court of Justice at the Hague

"The legitimate specialists will guarantee harms as much as of 200billion dollars the Chinese Government will be served through its Embassy in Nigeria."
