Democratic and Republican leaders reach $900 billion coronavirus relief deal that includes stimulus checks

'Institution of a law is almost certain' 


The four Congressional pioneers — known as the "four corners" — McConnell, Pelosi, Schumer, and House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) started a progression of gatherings a week ago to examine the boost bargain.
