Military kills numerous Boko Haram terrorists in Sambisa Forest

An unknown number of Boko Haram psychological militants were killed in military air attacks, Defense Headquarters (DHQ) reported on Tuesday, December 29, 2020. 


DHQ representative Major-General John Enenche said the air prohibition missions were led by the Air Task Force of Operation Lafiya Dole on Monday, December 28. 


The mission was directed at the 'S' Region in the core of the notorious Sambisa Forest in Borno State. 


The air hit was executed with Nigerian Air Force (NAF) warrior jets after knowledge reports recognized the psychological militants as answerable for ongoing assaults in the southern piece of Borno and northern piece of Adamawa.
