A lodging proprietor has been blamed for homicide after a youthful couple were discovered dead in a shower from carbon monoxide harming.
Jean Vosloo, 25, and Mari Hoon, 28, were discovered dead by a buddy at the Kliphuis Guesthouse in the Eastern Cape of South Africa a year ago.
