A 30-year-old Nigerian public has been captured in Mumbai by the Anti Narcotics Cell (ANC) with drugs worth over N10m.
The blamed recognized as Chikou Jerome Amen was caught when he had come to convey the stash substance on Thursday, May 20. An aggregate of 150 grams of mephedrone (MD) worth ?18 lakh was seized from him.
Following up on a particular data, a group from Bandra unit of ANC laid a snare at K C Road in Bandra west on Thursday evening and caught Amen at the scene.
After the 150 grams of MD was recuperated, the blamed was reserved under the arrangements for Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) act.
He was delivered under the steady gaze of the court on Friday which sent him to police care.
