Suspected phone thief and POS robber killed, set ablaze in Delta

 A speculated telephone hoodlum and a POS burglar have been gotten by vigilantes and set burning in Ughelli, Delta State. 


One of the suspects said to spend significant time in grabbing portable handsets, was seized on Tuesday morning, June 29, after purportedly confiscating his casualties of their resources at a structure lodging Kabaka Printing Press at Ekiugbo region. 



Witnesses said the suspect had sneaked into one of his casualties' Make-Up store at about 9.15 a.m with a pretend rifle. 


The source said the proprietor of the store, who was sufficiently watchful to find that the firearm the speculated furnished looter was conveying was a pretend rifle, snatched him and shouted for help. 




"We heard an uncommon commotion from one of the stores in the higher up and we raced to perceive what was occurring just to meet a man with a gun hurrying down from one of the lofts; then, at that point we chose to run for our dear lives," the observer revealed to Nigerian Tribune. 


"We heard the proprietor of the Make-Up store yelling "ole," so individuals began pursuing him as he ran into St. Theresa's Grammar School premise. He met his match when Ekiugbo Vigilante group, who were close by during the commotion, addressed him and drew in him." 


It was assembled that the other suspect was gunned somewhere around vigilantes and set burning along Ughelli Express Road by Glass House on Sunday, June 27. 


As per report, the presume grabbed a telephone and cash from a POS administrator and attempted to escape on a cruiser before he was gotten.
