Many Nigerian schools have not seen paints in 40 years - Governor Bello

He said;

"Along these lines, when we came in 2015, we began the 'Old School Approach'. Essentially, what we did was begun reconstructing schools. Each school cost near about N350m or more to do. In this way, we chose as opposed to doing brief measures, we ought to reconstruct those schools."
