Police capture five speculated pipeline hoodlums in Delta

 The Delta State Police Command has captured five speculated pipeline hoodlums and recuperated a truck with 170 bits of lines. 


Representative of the order, DSP Bright Edafe, who revealed this in an assertion on Wednesday, May 12, said the suspects spent significant time in vandalizing oil pipelines at the Ogulagha Dried Land. 





"On the 8/5/2021 at about 1745hrs, Anti-Crime Patrol of 'A' Division Warri while on routine watch captured truck with Reg. No. BDG 358 YA with five (5) suspects, on looking, the truck was stacked with one hundred and seventy (170) bits of 6inchs effectively slice to different sizes,' Edafe expressed. 


"The suspects are purportedly specialists in the demonstration of vandalizing Federal Government Pipeline at Ogulagha Dried Land. The five tenants Lukeman Jimoh 'm' 40yrs, Shola Bimigo 'm', Yahaya Ikane 'm' 55yrs, Ebi Yeregha 'm' 41yrs and Lawal Aliyu 'm' 35yrs were captured while the truck with Reg. No. BDG 358 YA was seized. Examination is progressing." he added.
